The question I'll raise is how do other countries, most obviously Australia, fix their situation if not by burning the present world order to the ground and rebuilding?

If not tariffs then what?

If not Trump then who?

We are after all in quite a mess and I've not seen any indication that anything, or anyone, else is actually going to fix it. Trump's approach might not fix it either, but at least there's some chance.

How do we get back to a situation where housing is affordable, we have technological leadership, our educational institutions are held in high regard, we have our own culture and traditions, etc. How do we lift our youth out of collective mass depression and give them a future? How exactly do we do all that?

For that matter, how do we even just fix our business culture and core infrastructure such as energy?

Trump's giving us the kick in the face we need is my thinking.

Business culture? Yep, because our entire economy's shockingly unproductive with big business seemingly outdoing the public service on that one these days. No idea who this guy is, it's just a random thing that came up on YouTube, but he's dead right. The entire culture in the West has lost focus on outcomes, being obsessed with process in every possible way.
