The grain trader (Wheat) at MFG last year is another.


Theres also those boys from Melbourne who worked for the NAB, think there rogue trades were all Options related.
 
A Paris-based trader working for Societe Generale has cheated the French
bank out of 4.9bn euros ($7.1bn), in what appears to be the biggest fraud
by a single trader in banking history.

Link has a little write up about Nick Leeson who Killed Barings bank and
Yasuo Hamanaka, a metals trader at Japanese conglomerate Sumitomo,
who lost 1.3 billion.
