what a day of conflicting emotions for the Victorian Police.
They have the terrible tragedy of the train crash in Kerang and now have the fantastic news that Tony Mokbel has been caught after he absconded 15 months ago with $20,000,000 in tow.
it goes to show you can run but you cant hide...
