It's hard work! Business has already burnt thru more than half the cash they raised last year, shareholders being continually diluted by CR's to support the cash fire.
It may well be that we won't be able to find any information on the internet with our resources. As with the Court of Appeal, the case will only be opened once the appeal has been upheld. Presumably the three antis and Talga will receive the decision at the same time. This means that the first step is whether the Supreme Court allows the appeal or not. I have now combed through the court pages and couldn't find anything interestingmail response from the Supreme Court re appeal status (translated in Google):
Hello,
Case Ö 6624-23 is pending. At the moment, we cannot answer when a decision can be expected to be completed.
Sincerely
Have replied to try and fish a little deeper, will share any response.
Convinced a decision is close.
DYOR.
The processing concession. What was criticised at the time and therefore the concession was denied to us was the missing Natura2000 permit back then, which we received with the environmental permit later. As this is the last step for Bergsstaten as far as I know I can imagine that they are just waiting for the final judgement of the Supreme Court.Thx monkey, that's what I thought of. Sounds like we will get that one too, however it doesn't say how many years it's gonna take. I'm a bit sarcastic here of course with the 'years' part.. but it doesn't seem to be too far off. Especially if they think they can't win so they simply don't take the decision in order to delay it as far as possible. I have lost all faith in the swedish legal process and basically assume worst case here. Don't know how long that is though.
Anyway, is there any other thing we need besides approval of the detailed plan?
Sorry Bas,If anyone is interested there are some very busy Talga beavers on Thestockexchange website. Perhaps worth checking out.
The Talga Bar
I think I have found it! There's a symbol on the door that I know from my city and the shop window looks very similar. It stands for a paint company called Farrow & Balls. So you can see a paint store in the background. That and the timber framing which is very traditional but rare in London as...thestockexchange.com.au
Sorry Bas,
I did check it out, always interested to find a new info place.
Unfortunately, whatever those guys were talking about, it way over my head!.

Never bin good at reading tea leaves. There are a number of Talga threads on that website. It seems to be one of the few stocks that attracts high attention and research.
I agree the conversation in that thread seemed a bit obtuse. A few days ago Mark Thompson produced a tweet and Press Release highlighting a webinar on Feb 1st. The tweet had a few pictures and the posters are all trying to figure out if there are subtle signals-"breadcrumbs" - in the picture to indicate upcoming announcements. It is a bit obscure but who knows. See what you can make of it.
One point that was made in hope was that if/when there is a positive announcement made by the Swedish Supreme Court that allows Talga to begin its project, there will be a number of swift announcements on financing, off take deals, and other partnerships.
Apparently Talga is being shorted at the moment. Do you think there is a reference to that in the Tweet ?
