Well, it's obvious that under the mollycoddling Left the problem is getting worse.If corporal punishment is too much for some, I would suggest chain gangs working on the roads or picking fruit, ie getting the thugs to do something useful and/or a tattoo on their foreheads saying "Rapist" or "murderer" or "thief", to let the innocent citizens know their crimes.Also agree that it's thread drift and there is probably a more appropriate thread somewhere.
