It's changed imo. I've had to sort out a few people's issues that were getting screwed by centrelink over the last few decades.The old disillusioned guard must have retired and they have the next generation through or something because they seem a million times better. I'm lucky to deal with them once a year though.Same with services Australia. They have had an attitude readjustment over the years.Police on the other hand seem to have got completely useless and utter prcks.
