The problem with anything that is in the constitution, it is open to interpretation and how the High Court will interpret it is an unknown.As now the Victorian Government has found out with the EV mileage tax.Even what someone can challenge in the constitution is ambiguous, so I have very little confidence in anything being put in the constitution, but hey we all see things differently.That's the problem.
