What you do not understand is how government works.

I worked on policy and implementation areas in Canberra and know that where there is a budget there is a way to make something work.

You assume that the Voice won't change anything, but it's you who does not understand how important it is for Ministers to make things work the way they were intended.  So the political imperative, irrespective of who is in government, will be to make the Voice work.  That would probably change if Dutton became PM as he would waste no time removing their budget and reallocating it to his cronies.

You are imposing your closed mind to what is possible to change.  The fact you linked to a program in Balgo that works proves your mode of thinking is poorly based.

When you stop blaming the media and stop blaming politicians, and instead learn where the difference lies, your comments might get traction.
