I have a couple of friends who are healthy vegeterians and they swear by it.I couldn't deny myself the pleasures of the flesh, as it were, but since adopting more or less the caveman style diet I have noticed my vegetable portions have become larger while my meat and fish portions are smaller.All my meat buying is now organic, and I am eating a lot of kangaroo and looking for other non-farmed sources of meat.
