Stormeur is the parent company of Cosmetique Clinics. Cosmetique offers cosmetic injectables, laser hair removal, and beauty services across its 17 Clinics located in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
The core business model of the Group is based on the provision of non-surgical cosmetic injectables. The Group also provides other beauty treatments (such as skin needling, and dermal peel) and hair removal services (such as IPL and laser hair removal).
The Clinics are situated in various areas around Australia and attract a wide demographic. However, the current core demographic of the Business’ clients are female patients between the ages of 18 to 40 years.
Using funds raised from its IPO, the Company intends to implement the following growth strategy for the Group:
(a) opening of four (4) new Clinics in Australia (specifically in New South Wales and Victoria);and
(b) optimise existing Clinics though enhanced marketing and operations.
It is anticipated that STR will list on the ASX during October 2024.
