So i guess when your all tucked up in bed tonight youll be dreaming of US bankruptcy announcements, profit warnings and the likes ?



LONDON (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. stocks are likely to take another pounding Thursday, even as Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson attempted to alleviate fears about the economic fallout from the turmoil.

At 4:31 a.m. ET, Nasdaq and S&P futures were lower, with a comparison to fair value pointing to a negative start for Wall Street.

I don't really understand the details of the FED "handing out cash", 2+ billion eh? How does the FED do this?

Also, does anyone think the media is giving this too much hype? Is is it bad as they say? Appearently the FED etc have NO IDEA!, NO IDEA! hahaha
 
They have NO IDEA how bad it is out there!!!! NO IDEA, and bear he has NO IDEA!!!!!!
 
They loan it to keep things flowing, its merely a data entry on a computer thats has to be repaid from the borrower (bank).

I dont think the US gives money supply figures any more ? So they must be pumping in trucks loads. Dropping it from helicopters i think the punters say (>:
