SMX - Security Matters

On March 8th, 2023, Security Matters Limited (SMX) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between SMX and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the issued capital in SMX by Empatan PLC and the merger of Empatan PLC and Lionheart III Corp.
