You spoil it with the instant coffee though, even if it is Nescafe Blend 43. Make mine a black, percolated Vittoria 100% Arabica.

For Christmas fare, we usually go shopping at Elmar's. They stick to original German recipes for coarse liverwurst, Blutwurst, Kassler, and the best Alpen Ham this side of Vienna:

PS: I totally agree with Craton about Blend 43. Compared to Lavazza or Vittoria, its taste seems to confirm the rumours about the origin: 43 beans swept up from the floor...
