Hi TechA
Just a quick question. I have a buy on a stock for .12c currently someone is buying them with a quantity of around 500 per bite. Any explanation on that process?

Hi Shaker;
if you would tell us the code or name of the stock in question, you'd make it much easier for us to offer an explanation. Burglar gives one possibility; accumulation, churning, even distribution, may also apply.
Hi
GUF is the code
I received a number of alerts from recent Trinity scan for GUF, but chose to ignore them.
Looking back at precedents, I noticed that Volume spikes have, more often than not, preceded further drops.
If someone can come up with a compelling explanation - maybe summarise recent announcements or promises - I might keep it on watch. Otherwise though, the last two candles, forming a Harami, look just as Bearish to me as the Dark Cloud Cover on May 10-13 and the Bearish Engulfing on April 30th to May 1st.
OK - here is a (Technical) analysis I posted last week on another Forum:
Since then, price and volume have fallen some more, suggesting to me some serious distribution.
Incidentally, those small 12c trades are not (or no longer) buyers stepping up, but sellers getting rid of stock. And usually, where small quantities are traded every few minutes, it's a Big Player involved.
