Shameful Indulgences - those dirty little kitchen secrets that we all have, yet dare not speak of in public for fear of incessant ridicule, at best, and at worst a one way ticket to Guantanamo Bay to work as a chefv
.

Do you have a fetish for tuna fish & strawberry jam sandwiches? Let's hear and see what you are hiding out there, you little piggies!!!

Here is mine, aerosol cheese on just about everything! Imported from the US in all four flavours;
- American
- Cheddar (not ordered)
- Cheese & Bacon
- Sharp Cheddar x 2

I love cheese but looking at those cans makes me feel sick.
Do you just spray it in your mouth Springhill or do you use it for sex play?

I love pate. I get it about once a month.

ROTF...

I can understand your distaste completely but i have to admit that's an honest confession....

I like pork crackling...

When I was a young man I was quite happy to buy a cheap bottle of plonk.

I don't do cheap whiskey any more, but I'll only have a "shameful indulgence" if I'm over target because it's hard to justify a few hundred bucks on a 500ml bottle of whiskey that can be gone in one dinner party...

Recently discovered Nants single malt.

Cheers

Sir O

I see a tassie whiskey just won the big one!

Cheddar cheese and jalapeno sandwiches with a little dijonnaise, made from freshly baked white bread.

Not so shameful, but very tasty.

I will confess, without an ounce of shame, to spraying it straight into my mouth.

My favourite concoction so far is a banana and aerosol cheese sandwich....

I am unable to find another person sick enough to lick it off my nipples, not through a lack of trying!

Being Italian, I am yet to work up the intestinal fortitude to replace the parmesan with spray cheese on my pasta in front of my Nonna.

It could make a great lazy person's bechamel in a home made lasagna....

Reading through this thread im thinking i don't have any shameful indulgences...indulgences sure, shameful not.

Its funny how we can stumble upon an indulgence, on my first trip to Europe about 12 years ago my luggage was delayed and Air France gave me a 10 euro voucher as compensation while i waited for my bags that were coming in on the next flight, 1 hour.

I bought a water and a chicken and salad roll (Baguette) at an airport cafe and discovered Camembert cheese...im like WTF is this cheese, its creamy and bitey and has that weird skin and couldn't believe that i had been missing out on it for so many years.

Perhaps bottled water @ $3 for 500ml should be considered a shameful indulgence by western society?

Over here in the US they don't sell any form of pork roast with the fat and skin on. We found one butcher in all of LA that does it, for $60 per kg

So the average American has never had a roast with pork crackling. What a sad life

Lol...must be too big of a market for footballs and pork rinds!
