If you run a business and you pay dog **** wages because your customers are too price sensitive then at least be honest enough to not complain about struggling to find good employees.
I have previously been an employee in businesses with tradesman as the primary customer base and many times there would be conversations with regular customers going something like this "Its so hard to find good employees these days" "I have to babysit my guys", etc. And anytime I asked them how much they paid there guys inevitability they would be paying at least $10 - $15 per hour less than what the better paying companies in the industry were paying. And when I pointed this out to them the response was always along the lines of "I can't afford to pay that much" meanwhile the guy saying this owned a $100,000 car..... If you make the decision to hire idiots because they are cheaper then don't complain when they are incompetent. You get what you pay for.
