I posted the above back in July this year after king of climate hysteria, Michal Mann and his scientific team made some bold predictions about the severity of the summer 2024 northern hemisphere hurricane season. The king of the Climate Hysteria, Michael Mann, wrote in the WAPO back in April about their predictions for the busiest Hurricane season on record.
Note that these predictions are for named storms, some of which may progress to hurricanes.
There is going to have to be some massive outbreaks of storms to get even close to the 33 figure they forecast.
So far this year there have been 3.
The US is half way through the deemed Hurricane season.
The highest number of named storms was in 2005 with 28.

My best mate retired from waste services last year, he says recycling is a joke, but it makes people feel good.Always found this funny:
Nothing whatsoever with the infestation of incongruent third world cultures of course.1.64 million extra crimes because the temp goes up 1 degree, or so. You know it makes sense.

Australia will have to contend with an additional 1.64m crimes created by climate change over the course of the rest of the century, an alarming study has found.
Researchers Sefa Awaworyi Churchill, Russell Smyth, and Trong-Anh Trinh came to the staggering conclusion after matching weather data with crime rates over an 18-year period.
Their paper ‘Crime, Weather, and Climate Change in Australia’ found that increasing extreme heat events in Australia will generate an additional 72,000 crimes per year.
If emissions continue to rise as predicted, those yearly increases will amount to approximately 1.64m additional crimes throughout the rest of the 21st century.
Nothing whatsoever with the infestation of incongruent third world cultures of course.
Well, all the high crime areas in the UK are in the cold north. However there is some other coincidence that seems inescapable to behold. But, wouldn't that make the crime rate go down? Maybe cooler weather causes more crimes.
I've been diving on the Ribbon Reefs between Cairns and Lizard Island for the past 4 days and I can tell you there is zero coral bleaching in this section of the GBR. Maybe the dive boat only took us to the thriving coral.
Fake news... I only rely on Pauline Hanson reports re the GBR.
Edit: good to hear
So it comes as a tad surprising to see that a fleet of his Rivian Electric Vehicles parked at their charging stations which in turn is powered by an extremely large capacity diesel Generator."To reach this target, we're also expanding the use of zero-emission transportation such as electric delivery vans, cargo e-bikes, and on-foot deliveries, and we engage in industry initiatives to remove carbon emissions from transportation systems like ocean shipping, aviation, and trucking. We're also using innovative construction techniques and building materials to make our fulfillment centers, data centers, offices, and physical retail locations more sustainable."
There's something else going on with the bleaching.
My hypothesis is that it ebbs and flows with the weather, or something else, not the climate.
My evidence is that the 'coral triangle' between eastern Indonesia to Palau and down to the GBR has the same coral and fish. It ranges from 31 to 26 degrees. A 5 degree range. But the corals thrive in the warmer part around the equator. PNG has the best coral coverage of all for some reason. Less effluent run off perhaps, or less range?
But, the CAGW hypothesis has some holes in it when they hold up warmer water = coral bleaching and death of the GBR.
It could be that 'rapid' change means the algae can't adapt quickly enough, but the GBR is looking better than I've seen it in 30 years of diving here. Who is to say how the reef was going through cycles prior to records started to be kept only 30 years ago.
Jury is out on global warming destroying the reefs.
More investigation is required.
But who will sponsor that? No university in their right mind would sponsor a study suggesting global warming is not the cause of coral bleaching.
The science is not settled on the destruction of coral reefs due to warming water.
If James Cook University gave me sponsorship to do further studies, I'm all in.
