does anybody know what it means when u have repeat buy/sells as with sdl today where u got a multitude of 2822 amounts ?

Yep,

There have been multiple trades executed at 15.5 points, possibly a buy/sell program depending on the side.

only thing i dont understand is the brokerage cost on such a small parcel would make the stock very dear

I don't think it's weird, just a large order being broken up into smaller pieces.

Not really, there are proper brokers out there that have the technology to do that as a single order, i assume your thinking that each parcel would cost the minimum of $19.95 for example, thats incorrect, it's one order broken up, also referred to as an iceberg or accumulate/distribute order ect.

And while probably not in this case, some brokers also offer EOD brokerage so you can buy & sell the same share as many times as you want and only pay for the first buy & last sell with any holdings carried over.
