Anyone use this sw for intraday and/or EOD for Australian Equities?

I am keen on using it for both, but it seems they do not offer the real time feed.

I use pro real time charting through IG Markets. Here's what you do to evaluate, open a demo account with IG. It is fast to do. It comes with PRtime charting Go into tools and select PRtime you will see the charts. PRtime is usually 60.00 per month on a full IG account unless you make 4 or more trades per month which is easy to do then you don't pay anything.
It has excellent and very fast access to all its charting features all in the toolbar which is customisable. As an example I thought to try Ninja trader and for the last 4 days "SOLID" I have had so may pathetic issues trying to get feed working even getting charts to open with data. I am fuming about its lack of user friendly ability. Of course no assistance over the weekend So I can guarantee you'll like PRtime. Let me know if you have any issues, I know it very well.

I have spent the last 2 hours reviewing ProRealTime SW, and it really is cool. It seems very intuitive and flexible and solid for both RT and EOD analysis.

why do you choose to use this SW (via IG Markets) over the hundreds of other trading sw out there?

And, where can you import further indicators from?

I had a quick look at this and their prices etc.
There seems to be very little difference between ProRealTime and using DTN.IQ or Barchart where you can run their live data in Amibroker etc.
I only looked at basic NYSE LIFFE derivatives, EUREX and Forex on a monthly basis.

Are their other advantages in ProRealTime ?

I can't answer your question and may be others can.

I cannot see anywhere that DTN.IQ, iqfeed or barcharts provides real time feed for asx equities.

Probably need eSignal for those if your broker software doesn't provide it = around $180 per month I think.
ASX real time data is ridiculously expensive, info here

How'd you go with this on the ASX Smack?


Can anyone confirm they use ProRealTime with live intraday data on the ASX. I wouldn't have thought IG markets would provide a complete cover of the ASX, don't they only offer CFD's?
