I have been looking for software for portfolio management (longer term value investing) that will reduce my administration time when preparing tax.
So far TopShare seems pretty attractive however it (and every other I have seen) seem to require you to manually enter dividend amounts, franking credits, etc.)
Surely someone must have made a package that recognizes you owned a share on the eve of the date it went ex-div and automatically sucks the data in to a fully comprehensive Dividends Statement.
Any leads would be appreciated.
