The Partners Group Global Income Fund is a newly constituted managed investment scheme, which has been registered with ASIC. Following completion of the Offer, it is proposed that the Trust will be listed on the ASX under the ASX Code PGG as an investment entity.

The Trust will invest in global private debt investments that aims to deliver investors monthly distributions with a target return of the RBA Cash Rate plus 4% per annum (net of fees and expenses) and will apply for Units under the Offer to be listed on ASX.

The investment strategy for the Trust is to access a diversified portfolio of private debt investments through active origination, portfolio construction and risk management. The strategy will be implemented by dynamically allocating across three distinct private debt strategies.

An investment in the Trust provides access to a portfolio of global private debt, highly diversified by loan type, credit quality, loan maturity, borrower, industry and geography. The Trust therefore provides asset class diversification and is complementary to other fixed income securities.

The manager will hedge currency exposure into AUD.

This investment may be suitable for investors looking monthly for income and diversification of their income portfolio beyond traditional cash and hybrid investments.

It is anticipated that PGG will list on the ASX during September 2019.

there's one that didn't get traction ....maybe some arbitrage if that's your thang.

Swiss private markets giant Partners Group has announced that is intending to delist its global income fund (PGG) from the ASX.

The group says it believes PGG is a highly attractive fund but that it “continues to trade at a significant discount to its net asset value.

“Both Equity Trustees and Partners Group consider that the fund would more appropriately operate in an unlisted format with monthly redemptions and subscriptions based on NAV,” it said in a statement

this $450 million M/C fund still trying to be relevant. Trading 10 per cent below NTA. One investor notes:
One development was the announcement that Partners Group Global Income Fund (PGG), an Australian listed investment trust, would restructure in a way to remove the discount to asset backing that had persisted at this fund for some time. .... and we were pleased to see the responsible entity take proactive steps to address this problem on behalf of investors.

On November 22nd, 2023, Partners Group Global Income Fund (PGG) was removed from the ASX's Official List under Listing Rule 17.11, at the request of PGG, after security holders resolved to remove PGG from the Official List, as outlined in PGG's announcement titled "PGG De-
listing Announcement" dated 17 November 2023.
