– TRADING HALT REQUEST
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Prime Financial Group Ltd (ASX
FG) (Company) requests a trading halt of its securities pending the expected release of an ASX announcement relating to proposed nonrenounceable entitlement offer and acquisition.
The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Tuesday 11 June 2024. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
