S.A transport then decided that some streets within the 40 kph speed limited area would be of a higher speed limit of 50/60kph and a mish mash of signage and speed limit and limited speed occurred
At intersections with traffic light signals in breach of rule 328 of the australian road rules, municipal councils throughout the nation, which was not tested in the initial limited trail in unley s.a errected END OF40KPH LIMITED SPEED AREA in a street to other than the street the speed limit applied ,to define a street of higher speed limit (50/60kph) within a 40 kph limited speed area.All aust motorists at the intersection drive up to the (50/60kph)speed limit in accordance with those signs and are issued by police wrongfull infringement notices for exceeding a 40 kph limited speed limit.

I forward the above just mentioned as a view to support the 40 kph limited speed area was illconcieved and as to why with rational logical thinking the allegedged charges could never be defended until now.

keating government era for what it is worth with children in america taking firearms to school , and the USA constitution to keep and bear fire arms,that a commendation is awarded to mr keating for mandating the buyback and distruction of weapons.
