On the ten for one, trading will now be on a deferred settlement basis under the code PDNDA, normal trading will resume on Monday 22nd April and the ASX code will then revert back to PDN?
 
Good recovery from PDN after consolidation.
Excellent presentation (on asx worth a read) out today however it dropped 2.5%, bound to happen with the significant gains made the last few weeks.
 
It’s not often you see a stock go from a dollar to $17.57 in a matter of a few months.
The last couple of share consolidations I have participated in has seen my investment go down however PDN has exceeded all expectations I had being a uranium stock in bull run in uranium.
Pleasantly pleased to see it jump another 8% today.
Stuff lithium, uranium and gold are my manna.

Lost 3.6% today, and no great surprise, it's had a big run the last three months, and indicators sayit's into overbought territory..
But the strong uptrend remains.
 
Trading halt for the next couple of days .
They'll be wanting you - know - what , probably .
Should have done it last month close to the record high of almost $18 .
S.P. closed Friday , well down at $ 13.24 .
 
Don’t know how PDN can make an acquisition as stated in the trading halt, they have no cash.
The cash they do have is needed for their mine in Namibia.
Seems like an invite to participate in a capital raising of some sort.
Finger hovering over the sell button waiting.

I sold out around the $1.30 mark, before the 10 for 1 consolidation, I'm kind of wishing I didn't.

I thought there may be a down turn in interest, but I'm tending to think there will be an upturn, as the climate appears to be worsening.
 
Well that announcement on a merge/acquisition with Fission in Canada has not gone down well with the market down nearly 10% early today.
I pressed the button and made an exit.
Profit taken, in hindsight I should have sold when it was mid/high teens.
 

Paladin flags up to 4.5Mlbs of uranium production in FY25 guidance

Uranium player Paladin Energy (ASX:PDN) has revealed it expects to produce up to 4.5Mlbs of uranium through FY25.

Production will be from ore extracted at the company’s Langer Heinrich mine in which it holds a 75% interest.

The figures were released in a forward looking guidance projection on Thursday implying sales of between 3.8Mlb – 4.1Mlb of uranium through the looming financial year.
 
The competition commissioner in Canada does not intend to make an application to the competition tribunal to review competition aspects of the merge/acquisition of Fission, so PDN is cleared to go ahead.
The Transaction requires the approval of at least 66and 2/3% of the votes cast by Fission shareholders to proceed.
Senior management and directors of FIssion have indicated they will vote their shares in favour of the transaction.
Palladian will then list on the ASX and TSX after shareholder approval.
 
Quite a pleasant quarterly from PDN, the Langer Heinrich mine annual production guidance has been advanced to a possible 4.5 Mlb of U308 up from 4.1Mlb.
Share price has declined just over 30% since the May highs from $17.80 to today’s $12.43.
Much of the decline has been due to the fall of the uranium price and the disappearance of some euphoria around some uranium stocks.

Details of quarterly.
Following the achievement of commercial production at the Langer Heinrich Mine (LHM) on 30
March 2024, production ramped up with 517,597lb of U3O8 produced to 30 June 2024
LHM will continue to ramp up during FY2025 with annual production guidance of between 4.0 -
4.5Mlb of U3O8
The first customer shipment, containing 319,229lb of U3O8, departed Walvis Bay, Namibia on 12 July
2024
There were no serious safety incidents or reportable environmental incidents recorded during the
quarter
The Langer Heinrich Mine Restart Project was completed on time and within cost forecast, with total
project expenditure of US$119.7M
On 24 June 2024, Paladin and Fission Uranium Corp. (Fission) announced they had entered into a
definitive agreement, pursuant to which Paladin will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding
shares of Fission
As at 30 June 2024, the Company held unrestricted cash of US$48.9M and had US$80M in undrawn
debt facilities (US$70M in debt drawn)
Subsequent to quarter end, the Company received a cash receipt of US$24.8M representing a partial
advance payment under the terms of the customer offtake agreement, in relation to the shipment
 
Bought 10 grand worth of PDN at $ 9.90 this arvo .
Missed it at the end of last year when it was trading side ways at this price , for quite a while . As usual , not paying enough attention and things got away from me .
So now... waiting for a 2 nd bite at .....don't know what , frankly. ( Probably be caught out , dithering again ! )
When FMG gets to $ 15 , I'll be back here again .
 
And 20% of the daily volume went through in the 10 minutes after 4 PM closing time . ( If that means much )
The big shots are onto it , I guess. Might not get them cheaper , again .
