Yes, sounds like a good idea.
I don't accept that shareholder risk should include deliberate misleading and or fraudulant conduct by directors or execs.
This practice of a 'directors club' setting their own remuneration has got way out of hand now and ought to be ratified by shareholders for acceptance.
