Low paid women are already covered under the current system and high paid women, by and large, already have PPL in their employment contract. So the idea that this will keep bright young female executives in the workforce is a furphy, because it's already occuring. How does a low paid woman get back to work after having a child when the cost of childcare in the big cities running to over $100/day?When you look through all the fluff about getting women back to work, this seems to be the only real reason for the system.
