The WhyNot cafe in Byron is advertising 'handmade cocktails'.

I must remember to specify a handmade sugar rim next time I order a Whisky Sour - none of those tacky factory sugar rims for me, thank you very much!

Maybe the food is good anyway.

Handmade? That must mean they distill their own alcohol - oh no - that's home-made. :)

A lot of things are home grown around Byron.....:cool:
 
In a tough economy, homegrown makes sense :)

As does handmade. But sometimes those Byron Echo ad writers indulge in a bit too much hand action to try and get their wholesome message across.

Ahh bugger the cocktails anyway - I'll just have mine neat.
And make it a double!
 
I had breaky at Whynot around in easter, during the Bluesfest. It was fantastic! Most things in byron are home grown/made and organic.

A lot of hemp products too.
