Odette Six Metals Limited is a mineral exploration company focused on the discovery and potential development of large-scale rare earth element (REE) deposits.

OD6 has secured more than 4,000km2 of mineral exploration licenses in one of Australia's emergent clayhosted REE provinces – the southern Esperance-Goldfields region of Western Australia.

OD6 holds a 100% interest in in the following Projects:
  • (Splinter Rock Project): a 2,579km2 tenement package located approximately 150km northeast of Esperance, Western Australia, comprising 6 granted exploration licences, being E63/2115, E69/3904, E69/3905, E69/3907, E69/3893 and E69/3894.

  • (Grass Patch Project): a 2,248km2 tenement package located approximately 30km to 100km north of Esperance, Western Australia, comprising 4 granted exploration licences, being E63/2151, E63/2152, E63/2185 and E63/2154 and 2 exploration licence applications, being E63/2153 and E74/693. The Company expects E63/2153 and E63/2185 to be granted either prior to, or shortly after, its admission to the Official List.
It is anticipated that OD6 will list on the ASX during June 2022.

another one of these breakouts.... so, what's the story?

1668074386557.png

The first 65 holes of a completed 179-hole program at Splinter Rock returned grades up to 6,729ppm total rare earths oxides (TREO) across four significant prospects, each 4-7km long and 10m-80m thick.

Assays contain large proportions of magnet rare earths, high value NdPr and heavy REEs.

Standout results include:
  • 41 metres at 1262ppm TREO (24.1% Magnet REO) from 15 metres,
  • 30 metres at 1576ppm TREO (22.1% Magnet REO) from 15 metres, and
  • 21 metres at 2029ppm TREO (24.2% Magnet REO) from 18 metres.
The extent and consistency of these shallow, high-grade clays have resulted in four significant prospects being identified that are between four and seven kilometres in width which are open in length, on our 2,579km2 Splinter Rock project,” OD6 managing director Brett Hazelden says.
Importantly, these drill results validate historic assays, plus they extend the discovery of clay-hosted rare earths across a new drill line perpendicular to the original line."

The newly-received assays include a 17-metre hit grading 2162 parts per million (ppm) total rare earth oxides (TREO), of which 25 per cent is made up of magnet rare earth oxides (REO).

Further results include 48 metres at 943 ppm TREO (24.4 per cent magnet REO) from 30 metres and 39 metres at 1171 ppm TREO (24.1 per cent magnet REO) from 48 metres.

Importantly, OD6 identified two new prospects, taking the total number of prospects discovered through this drilling program to six.

From EMU thread.

17 November 2022
Highlights

• Exploration tenement applications lodged to extend the highly prospective
Condingup Project to an overall tenement area of 734 Km2 .

• Additional new tenement packages applied for include Condingup extension
(348 Km2 ), Condingup East (60 Km2 ), Booanya (64 Km2 ) and Balladonia (180 Km2 ).

• Tenements will substantially increase EMU’s exposure to the REE (Rare Earth
Element) prospective Booanya Suite granites.

• Assessment of hydrological data indicates EMU’s Condingup Project is
prospective for thick, clay hosted, REE’s overlaying favourable Booanya
intrusive lithologies.

• The Condingup Project is situated just 35km southeast of OD6’s (ASX:OD6)
Splinter Rock Project which continues to report success from within the REE
enriched Booanya Suite granites.

• Potential clay hosted REE mineralisation offers large-scale, low-cost mining opportunities.

Condingup Project Area

In reviewing information from the recent exploration successes by EMU’s near neighbour, OD6, at its Splinter Rock Project, EMU has identified open exploration ground overlying GSWA
identified Booanya Suite granites east of Esperance, both adjoining, and to the east of, its existing Condingup Project tenements.
The OD6 announcement highlights the primary target for mineralisation lies directly over the Booanya granites and on the margins of the adjoining
Esperance and Recherche Supersuite granites. OD6 reported thick, “10m to 30m and up to 80m” of clay hosted REE’s with grades of “up to 6729ppm TREO”.

Nearology or geology?

Following outstanding TREO results in Nov22, investor excitement has waned allowing price to fall to below 50% of prior price swing up. Drilling is complete at Grass Patch and the results are due in March23. Buying before the results is a gamble. Do you feel lucky?

Highlights:
• A$1.5 million raised through a strongly supported equity placement to institutional and sophisticated investors.
• Share purchase plan launched to raise up to a further A$1 million, enabling eligible shareholders to participate in the equity raising on equivalent terms to the equity placement.
• Funds raised will be used to advance the flagship Splinter Rock Project via growth and infill drilling, metallurgical optimisation and the completion of a Scoping Study

was struggling, up 100 percent on acquisition

Acquisition of the Historic Gulf Creek Copper Project — a high grade volcanogenic massive sulphide deposit located near the town of Barraba in NSW

Highlights:
• High-Grade Copper–Zinc VMS style deposit – historic underground mining averaged 2 to 6.5% Cu
• Mined over 100 years ago (1896-1912) - with +100m vertical and +300m strike open in multiple directions
• Mineralisation is associated with magnetite with geophysics showing repeat structures to the north and west of existing Gulf Creek workings
• Significant greenfields and brownfields exploration potential with over >3km of untested strike in the immediate mine-stratigraphy, and over >10km across the tenement
• Favourable deal metrics and structure based on $200k cash, and 6,000,000 shares, plus a deferred issue of $200k shares (subject to shareholder approval) or cash on commencement of Phase 2 drill program
• Strong near-term catalysts with exploration to commence imminently - fully permitted to drill Phase 1 program around the historical workings
