Named and shamed - Right or wrong?

Anyone who's worked in hospitality should like this. Small fines don't hurt cafe's and hotels bringin in the big bucks. Maybe this will?

I've worked in some very expensive, gruby beyond belief, restaurants and hotels. Hopefully, when the effects of this radiate thoughout the industy we'll get some clean kitchens.

Anyone here disagree, or own a cafe/restaurant/b&b or similar?

Agree IF more that once & repeat offense(s) should carry much higher penalites over 5k per offense AND jail terms.

The law is 2soft in that regard & anyone can open a cafe/resturant with the potentail to take peoples lives.
