Mothers-in-Law, Got to luv 'em...

Mine has passed away sadly, 10 years ago.

She didn't mind a bet on the dogs, and was pretty lucky from memory.

Always have fond thoughts of how we could have bloomed in our relationship.

Yes I am lucky enough to have my M-I-L around I think she's great. She's retired and getting on but she used to be a professional chef and so my wife and I visit frequently

I often wonder about all the mother in law jokes, like the mother in law in boot sticker.

Is your wifes/girlfriends mother nicer to you than your mother is to you wife/girlfriend?

In my experience, my mother can easily upset my wife by, taking over the kitchen, telling her what she should be doing, enforcing her opinion, etc...

I am sure my wife, given the chance, would happily remove the spare tyre from the boot to accomodate my mother.
