MOF - Macquarie Office Trust

THANKS . I am still finding myself really.just start reading ,I wish one day I can became as clam and confident as u guys then I will dare to fire my boss.
to be a full time house woman trading at home is my goal. but so far I am still ignorant.

Hello MOF holders - if there are any.....

Had a very nice day today, up 5%. I'm in at .29, also picked up some ABP (Abacus Property). Been wanting to diversify away from stuff you pull out of the ground and get into some commercial bricks and mortar.

I suspect there could be some volatility but comforted in the fact that MOF has a good percentage of stable Government tennants and diversified across 4 countries.

The dividend yield and recent upgrades from Morningstar have added to my confidence.

i got in at .19 so I have seen a rise of about 60%. (thanks for the free $900 Kev so I could increase my holdings ) They did lag behind a lot of stocks in rallying, like the whole sector basically, but there seems to be some improved volume compared to earlier in the year and an upward trend as well. Lets hope it continues

I see that MOF are going back to paying dividends twice a year instead of quarterly. there last two dividends (per 1/4) have been .75cents. Is the forecast for the half year payments to be 1.5 cents or are they going to make it only .75 cents for the half and cut there dividends.

I think this stock has rebounded accordingly in the last few weeks, but lots more to go.

A bit of buying going on, but early days. I got out today, perhaps a bit early, but did OK. Anyone else got on this in last few weeks and holding?

MOF's daily is a bit like watching paint drying - at least it's continuing the up trend.

I played the half cent swings for a while, but the SP has run away on me so I am happy to hold for a pull back or dividends.

MorningStar have a buy and target of 0.40
