Pepperstone offers online forex trading through multiple forex trading platforms, including Metatrader 4, Webtrader and Apps for iPhone and Android.

Get started today and get up to $600 free brokerage!

A quick recap of the rules for those not familiar with them:

1. Each entrant may choose one ASX listed stock. Options, warrants and deferred settlement shares are not permitted.

2. Stocks with a price of less than $0.01 are ineligible for the competition, as are stocks that are currently suspended from trading.

3. The winner is the entrant whose selected stock performs the best in percentage terms between March 1 and March 31.

4. The maximum number of entrants in the competition is 100.

The competition winner will receive $100. The second placegetter will win $50 and the third placegetter $25.

You have until midnight on Monday, February 29 to enter. However, in practice, entries can be submitted until this thread is closed. No entries submitted after that can be accepted for any reason.

Please post your entries in this thread. Remember, once you have selected your stock, you CANNOT change it for any reason.

Best of luck to all entrants! :D

Please don't forget to post a brief reason explaining why you chose your competition entry. One or two sentences is enough (feel free to add a chart if your reason is TA based). If your entry is the same as the previous month and the reason for choosing it is the same then feel free to just post the same explanation again. Thank you!

LPE again thanks.... I believe the next announcement might spike the SP a bit :)

FAR thanks Joe

The price is lowest for some time and any good news from drilling could rise significantly

• 7th Largest Pure E&P on ASX: FAR entered ASX 300 in March 2015
• FAN-1 and SNE-1: Major basin opening oil discoveries in Senegal
• SNE Field Largest Oil Discovery: SNE rated No. 1 in 2014 (IHS CERA)
• Attractive Economics: SNE IRR in high 20% to 30% @ US$50/bbl
• SNE Appraisal / Exploration Drilling: Strong value add from October
• Quality Senegal Partners: ConocoPhillips, Cairn Energy, Petrosen
• Cash Balance: A$43.5m (30 June 2015) and no debt
• Capital Raising $40 m announced today
• Drilling about to start in Senegal

MSB - Mesoblast for me Joe.

Going with momentum here, I believe the markets over reacting to some of the clinical trials and shorters aren't brave enough to challenge the forward momentum.

The end of February is almost upon us! Don't forget to get your entries in before midnight on the 29th. :)

HAV again thanks Joe.

Explorer turned miner nearing maiden gold pour.

AHZ Admedus. A biotech.
Surgical patches. Vaccine development.

Touched their yearly low today - 0.54c. Might be a bounce, especially if they can release some better than usual revenue figures. Which they haven't yet. Ever. So let's see if the next announced result turn the tide.

Thanks, Joe!

SRT thanks, Joe.

Hoping for a renewal of market interest as the acquisition progresses.

SMA thanks Joe.

Hoping for continued increase in revenue and expansion in China.

HZR please Joe... research expansion announced with hopes of positive progress announcement soon.. Just hope it's in March!

AUQ : Alara Resources - for me this month please Joe.

The price of copper/zinc seem to have bottomed , also this company has announced its
protracted legal issues maybe drawing to a close.

MOY thanks Joe.

Good chart with volume, clear of debt and producing.

A rise in the gold price is what I seek for this.
