Hi all,
So I'm looking for help and I'd really appreciate your advice.
I started trading back in '02 was very active for 3 years then life changed and I stopped. I was trading equities and options based on technical analysis.
I'm looking to get back in, and I'm finding it hard. I had a copy of metastock (tried re-installing today only to find that I'd lost my cd key), the version is obviously very old. I was getting my data from Bodhi Freeway (justdata) and I was trading through Comsec - I had their live platform when it was first released for free because I had an options account.
Now, I looked at getting a new copy of Metastock - besides being upset at having to outlay for it again, it looks like it has ongoing costs!?
So I suppose my questions - for now - are should I go with Metastock (again) should I go with justdata again and should I go with Commsec again (I already have an account set up with them and my banking is done through commonwealth so that seems like the way to as far as my broker goes).
Oh, and I went back to the bookshop - I used to buy lots of books on trading. And they're mostly the same ones as 6-7 years ago?
I feel like I MUST have fallen behind in my education, in the markets in everything? And I'm just not sure where to start to get the wheels rolling again.
Thank you SO much for your advice.
