Looking for a developer or shareware for IB TWS

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a developer who would be good for a small amount of custom coding for IB TWS / Excel?

Alternatively, some good sites where people post their own code to share for the above configuration?

I know a little about computers and MSExcel but, despite some dabbling many moons ago with VB (the language, not the beverage) I'm no programmer. I'm thinking of getting some custom work done so I can load an excel spreadsheet with specific info on options (specifically list all near-the-money ASX options bid/ask, valuation and greeks) and sort and perform calcs on the resuting info.

Id also like to develop a watchlist of equities that change color/flash as they approach a defined price target.

Lastly Im toying with developing some automated trading rules just to test a theory

Anyone done this kind of thing already, or can anyone recommend a consultant (preferably in Australia, all the better if around beautiful South East Queensland) or know of a good website where people post their own code?

I set up an autotrader in Excel but I'm not at a level to help others.
