On February 1st, 2016, MOV Corporation Limited (MOV) changed its name and ASX code to Land and Homes Group Limited (LHM).

From the last quarterly, which
is the last announcement made;
"The Company is currently negotiating a capital raise with independent third parties with the aim of funding the Company beyond Q4 and Q1 24. At the date of this report, these discussions remain open and have not concluded."
They only had 1.1 quarters of funding left at that time.
Cash burning paying wages and Directors fees... not sure what they are doing, if anything. The project is on hold.
Their quarterly is only 1 page except for the Appendix 4C.
Could the next announcement be de-listing?
