Has anyone using Comsec been annoyed by the new platform? There is no button to refresh when looking at shares and it is really a pain!

Is there a way to change that?
 
If you're talking about on the depth screen, i'm pretty sure you can just click the quote/search button again.

What new platform ? is this the website or pro trader ? ..
 
I liked the old one a lot better.

the watch lists were more compact with bigger letters/numbers

more clicks now to go to buy, sell, market depth etc on the watchlist - how can that be an improvement as Comsec claims wanted by traders

I have 5 watch lists in favourites as a default.
but every time I change something in one of those watch lists, those 5 watch lists are not coming up anymore as favourites and I have to transfer those 5 to my favourites again.

I reckon the changes have nothing to do with what traders want, but just a new package now and then just like in the super market.

Comsec, roll it back NOW!

In what instances do you use commsec and what instances do you use IB? I've signed up with commsec, and have read your thread about IB. I agree that the brokerage fees are too pricey here. I havent' read through IB's website yet, and so am still confused as to how to setup an account internationally and do the money wiring thing. (am a beginner btw).

now i even can not login.

Yep pro trader down and also there call centre I can not call the 131519 number
 
I'm logged in and had while some features aren't working properly, I can still get quotes and place orders. The unlucky sod sitting next to me got logged out in the middle of placing a trade and now can't log in.

web users of Commsec, beware, the time may be incrementing but a quick test with a current high volume commodity is showing that we are not seeing the most updated results. Probably still some work being done in the background.
