What he said. Nice to see the Rudster hammering it home, especially on lowering pollies pays.

More media spin ... Ho Hum. Trying to humanise the PIE FACED egalitarian to keep us on our knees in awe of the great Ruddmeister. Let me see, this was allegedly stated in a LABOR MP conference meeting. No press allowed right? So who leaked this tidbit of info to the journalistic hacks that hang off his every word? A disgruntled MP perhaps who did not want to lose 25% of his printing allowance? Unlikely! Apparently this is punishable by a fate worse than death. Spin doctors are the reason we are banging away at our keyboards over the matter. "Kev's a good bloke, he uses the F@CK word" we all bleat in unison. At least 64% of us do anyways. Three things that I can see has happened in this meaningless bit of drivel 1) Herr Rudd's popularity goes up a few more %. 2) The "F" word has now become MORE socially acceptable amongst the proletariat as the Supreme Leader uses the word. 3) Very small cracks in the armour are beginning to be evidenced on the Labor Machine.

Potential discussion is reduced once expletives are used to get your point across.

I know Mr Dudd from a previous life when he was a mere functionary in Queensland, and all I can say is I am surprised it has taken this long before the cat was let out on his way of 'dealing' and 'talking' with/to people.

Once upon a time his Vocab only contained 4 letter words! He has come a long way since he became PM - well, his vocab has anyway.
