listed Wed 02 June after raising fresh capital at $3.71 .... and a bit of a fizzer, very subdued since hitting the boards. Now $3.50 ....

Over 5 million in volume went through the market, as one big investor bailed out at just $2.85... a 23% loss.
End of financial year not far off, so take the hit now ,I suppose.
 
Watching this one, now.Had to give up on that other Macquarie thing.
KED just updated its current fiscal year revenue of $US 91 Million in the prospectus, to $US 94 - $US 96 Million. SP creeping up to $ 3.55.

➡ Keypath Education has entered into a definitive merger agreement with an affiliate of Sterling
Partners.
➡ Subject to the terms and conditions of the Merger Agreement, the Purchaser will acquire all the outstanding shares of Keypath common stock (underlying Keypath's outstanding CHESS Depositary Interests) not currently owned by Sterling Partners and its affiliates for AUD$0.87 cash per share
➡ The Transaction values Keypath at approximately AUD$186.8 million
➡ Certain management holders of CDIs will exchange their CDIs for shares in an entity affiliated with Sterling Partners instead of receiving the Transaction Consideration.

.... that 50 per cent TO premium is a mere blip compared to the losses from IPO.

On September 11th, 2024, Keypath Education International, Inc. (KED) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following the merger between KED and Karpos Merger Sub, Inc., an affiliate of Sterling Partners, becoming effective.
