Controlling the meltdown in the nuclear reactor is not going according to Hoyle. Last statement in the media was that the power company is withdrawing the last 50 workers because the radiation levels are too high. They are now appealing to the US military for help.Back in the USSR and Chernobyl I understand a number of employees continued to work to somehow secure the plant even as they were getting deadly amounts of radiation.
