Not really.You are right about the 1pc but they maintain power by scaregoating a minority usually the richer one..to add greeed to hate..see nazi and jewish community, to redirect the frustration of the majority.look at the "antivax" targeted campaign just a couple of months ago..society is ripe...And Reset will happen
