It begs the question, why wasn't it shut down, prior to going belly up, by legislation?Surely a loss that big rings alarm bells, that for the company to continue, it essentially must operate as a Ponzi scheme to have a reasonable survival chance, and possibly was (Ponzi), before even reporting that loss?As they say, consumers have more protection buying a toaster than a house... or subsiding cracking unit...etcSad.
