Pretty new to all this and I do have IHL shares - can this be explained to me?
  • Loyalty Options will have an exercise price of A$0.35, expiring 22 April 2022, and, if exercised, will result in the issue of a second Piggyback Option
  • Piggyback Options will be issued for nil consideration at a ratio of one (1) for every two (2) Loyalty Options exercised by the expiry date.
  • Piggyback Options will have an exercise price of A$1.00, expiring 28 April 2023
 
I do not have the finer details in front of me so I will explain from your post:
You will get some options put in your account, I think 1 for every 15 shares from memory (but check in announcements). They will have a unique code.
You have until 22Apr22 to exercise them or you lose them. This means you pay $0.35 to turn them into a "proper" share.
If you do that, for every 2 that you pay $0.35 then you get more options put into your account and if you pay another $1.00 for each then they also turn into "proper" shares.
Note you do not have wait until the "last minute" to do those payments... you can do that at any time within the time allowed.

To be pedantic IHL never said you would get free shares.
They said you would be given free options (that require the $0.35 to convert into a share).

They have had a few talks about psilocybin on the radio national health report lately - since the legalization.
Some patients that participated in trails have experienced 100% relief from their conditions, basically cured
after 20+ years of suffering in some cases.
 
wow, that's unheard of in medicine. Cure is a dirty word in the world of pharma.

IHL might have some decent upside potential when the ASX gets its bull on again...whenever that is.

I think the BOD intentions are clear

There is a well established magic mushroom industry in the Netherlands, i dont know how its retailed to consumers.

The ASX found its bottom 3 days later on the 18th. Since then, IHL has put on 32%, making it one of the highest small cap gainers in 8 days.
 
Marked this chart per Wyckoff method since it's very close to textbook pattern. Rare. Not sure if I'd buy it just yet. Needs a good green day and a break of 14c first. The spring can be seen on a separate bar chart. It briefly touches on 9.9c on Jun 27th.

Numbers represent accumulated volumes of each swing, similar to 'Ord volume' or Weis wave. The high volume to stop the downward momentum is circled, and marks it as the SC.

Of interest, IHXL (Nasdaq code) had a huge boost in volume last night. It turned over $12mill+ out of the blue, and it kept ticking all day. Represents the biggest volume ever for this stock.

On November 29th, 2023, Incannex Healthcare Limited (IHL) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between IHL and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the issued capital in IHL by Incannex Healthcare Inc.
