IB transfer funds - Which of the following transfer to use?

Hi

I want to transfer funds to the IB account using the "Pay Anyone" feature via the online banking website. I read somewhere that one does not have to use the Wire transfer method.

Which of the following do I use ?

I contact HK today and they told me to use the Wire Transfer Option, then simply EFT the funds.

May be helpful to someone else in future.
