On July 18th, 2022, Irongate Group (IAP) was removed from the ASX's Official List at the request of Irongate Funds Management Limited as responsible entity for IAP, under Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of inter-conditional trust schemes by which Charter Hall Holdings PGGM Industrial Partnership No.2 acquired all of the issued units in Irongate Property Fund I and Charter Hall Holdings Pty Limited acquired all of the units in Irongate Property Fund II.
