Now that I have your attention, your fortune in this case is your health.
These are stressful times and I bet a lot of you aren't sleeping very well.
May this thread be a chill out zone for relaxation ideas for the financially stressed. I have 3 ideas.
1. Breathing - time how many breathes you take in a minute. Normal breathing rate for adults is 8-12 breaths a minute. Anything over 15 a minute is considered over breathing. If you didn't register any you are probably dead. People who overbreath find it difficult to deal with stressful and anxious situations. Even with healthy breathers take a few minutes a day to deep breath.
2. Laugh a lot
3.Do at least one selfless kind act for a complete stranger everyday.
