How long is a Period in Amibroker?

Hey

Learning very quickly with this program. I am displaying MA's atm but was wondering how long a period is???
I want to chart a 20, 50, 100, 365 day moving average. Would this mean in the period section to write 20, 50, 100, 365 effectively making a period one day? Sorry for the noob question but I couldn't find the answer online.

On a chart a period will be the period displayed on the chart (eg, daily , weekly , monthly etc.) or whatever period you define in your formula.

In the Analysis window it will be whatever period you select or define in your formula.
