HitIQ Limited is an Australian unlisted public company, incorporated in November 2015 for the purpose of building and commercialising its technology platform to assist in the surveillance, detection, assessment and diagnosis of sports related concussion injury.

The Company's market opportunity is to expand its footprint from existing customers to become the primary measurement and collection tool for data related to sports related concussion injuries and to assist in the data collection and assessment of tools for developing assessment protocols and treatment protocols for those injuries.

The Company’s initial focus is on the rapid penetration of the Australian elite sports market through the promotion of its Nexus A9 mouth guard product, before looking to expand its market into other international markets.

Upon listing, the company will have four objectives:

a. Expand the Company’s user footprint from its existing customers and trial-participants to increased revenue generating customers;
b. increase brand awareness through ongoing marketing and promotional programs to grow its customer base;
c. ongoing technology development of its software platform and existing product suite; and
d. continue research, development & validation of its CoVR concussion injury diagnosis system.

It is anticipated that HIQ will list on the ASX during June 2021.
