HomeCo Daily Needs REIT will be an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust listed on the ASX with a mandate to invest in predominately metro-located, convenience based assets, across the target sub-sectors of Neighbourhood Retail, Large Format Retail and Health & Services.
At Completion, the REIT's Portfolio will consist of 15 stabilised, convenience focused assets, with a further 2 properties under development.
The Portfolio is strategically located with 94% of Properties in metropolitan growth corridors across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and SA and has a Weighted Average Capitalisation Rate (WACR) of 5.95%, a Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE) of 8.4 years and an occupancy rate of 98% (by GLA).
It is anticipated that HDN will list on the ASX during November 2020.
