Gun Laws in WA

I read earlier today that the right of property owners to give permission via a written permit to all and sundry to have a gun and suppossedly shoot on that property for vermin is going to be changed.
I have been asked by different people to grant them permission which i won't.
By the looks of things even the licence i hold as a primary producer will be recinded and i will have to apply for a new one.
This I don't dissagree with.
Also I don't agree with suburban ites holding rifles and shotguns just because they think that is their right.
If they belong to a gun club, then a different permit is available to them at the moment.
