On completion of the Offer, Gateway Lifestyle Group will own 36 MHEs, comprising 5,861 approved sites and housing approximately 6,000 residents in 4,046 manufactured homes.

Gateway Lifestyle Group has tuned into a bit of a disappointment. Things took a real turn for the worse today after they announced that they have experienced a slowdown in settlements resulting in lower FY18 earnings.

The GTY share price was down as low as $1.735 earlier today but has recovered to $1.79 as I write this. Still, not a good result.

On November 26th, 2018, Gateway Lifestyle Group (GTY) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.14, following completion of the acquisition of all shares in GTY by A.C.N. 626 522 085 Pty Ltd as trustee for Hometown Australia Management Pty Ltd, and by A.C.N 626 522 085 Pty Ltd as trustee for Hometown Australia Nominees Pty Ltd as trustee for Hometown Australia Property Trust.
